Facebook Inc. is giving the frequent update with the new and unique features day by day in both the Facebook and WhatsApp. Recently Facebook rolled out the group calling feature for its Facebook Messenger which is one of the good feature for having the conference call at Messenger, without leaving the app that we are connected to socially. Earlier Facebook Messenger added the features like hidden games like basketball and chess, integrated song sharing though spotify, Multiple accounts enabled in Messenger app.
Facebook, that acquired WhatsApp, is also coming with great and useful features. Recently in early April WhatsApp completed implementing Signal protocol and rolled out end-to-end encryption in terms of providing privacy and security to users. WhatsApp has also come up with various small updates with variant features like In-chat formatting which includes Bold, Italic, Strikethrough, a document sharing feature which was limited to the pdf files only and a lot of optimization and optimized material design in app.

In latest update, WhatsApp have added the docx, txt, xlsx, pptx file support along with pdf. Now you can easily send txt, docx, ppt, xlsx file to your friends, colleagues. Hence this is an very useful feature for students as well as professional. They might don’t need to access their mail in order to send file instantly. One can now easily edit, update and send the files right from their smartphones. WhatsApp has bring the document sharing to ease. Rumors are surfing on the internet that WhatsApp will soon come up with video calling feature. And that feature is eagerly awaited.
